Job Description

Product Manager, SimioAccelerate As a Product Manager on the Innovation & Development team, you will own the vision and day-to-day execution of the Accelerate product, an agentic AI fundraising solution designed to help small and mid-sized nonprofits raise more funds with less effort. You will translate real-world nonprofit fundraising needs into clear product requirements, manage the backlog and roadmap, and work closely with engineering, design, data science, and go-to-market partners to deliver measurable outcomes. This is a hands-on product role focused on shipping, learning, and iterating quickly while building trust with a mission-driven audience.

This is a full-time, salaried, US-based remote position.

Your Impact:
  • Own the product backlog and contribute to the roadmap for the Accelerate agentic AI fundraising product, ensuring priorities are aligned to user value and business outcomes
  • Translate nonprofit fundraising workflows and pain points into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and release plans
  • Partner with engineering and design to plan sprints, support development, and ensure high-quality, on-time delivery
  • Support product discovery through user research, feedback analysis, and experimentation to validate assumptions and guide iteration
  • Help define how AI agents behave in the product, including guardrails, human-in-the-loop interactions, and trust-building moments
  • Collaborate with data science to define and evaluate success metrics that matter (e.g., donations generated, donors retained, time saved)
  • Work with go-to-market partners on onboarding flows, activation experiences, and feature positioning to support product-led growth
  • Continuously refine product documentation, release notes, and internal enablement materials to support cross-functional alignment
Your Profile:
  • 6+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, or a closely related role
  • Experience shipping and iterating on software products in an agile environment
  • Expertise with nonprofit fundraising, SMB customers, or mission-driven organizations
  • Comfort working with technical teams; able to discuss APIs, data flows, and AI/ML concepts at a practical level
  • Strong ability to break down ambiguous problems into actionable requirements and prioritized work
  • Experience writing clear user stories, managing backlogs, and supporting sprint ceremonies
  • Experience using Agentic AI with an ability to specify agent behaviors, define guardrails, and design the human-in-the loop moments that make an agentic product feel trustworthy
  • Data-informed mindset with experience defining and tracking product success metrics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree required; equivalent practical experience considered
