Position Description:
The Product Manager is responsible for both product planning and product marketing. This includes managing the product throughout the Product Lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, to deliver winning products.Duties:
A. Gather requirements from end users and document in a pre-defined format for the development team to build solutions in an agile environment.B. Provide detailed level of effort estimates for proposed solutions.

Education:
This position requires a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a major in computer science, information systems, business, or other related scientific or technical discipline. Five (5) years of equivalent experience in a related field may be substituted for the Bachelor's degree. A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related scientific or technical discipline. A Master's Degree is preferred.General Experience:
The proposed candidate must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in product management.? Technical background as a business analyst? Strong leadership and communication abilities? Customer-centric mindset with a passion for solving real-world problems? Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented? Adaptable to fast-changing priorities and environments? Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with tools like JIRA, Confluence ..? Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem solving skills? Ability to connect technical performance to business value.?
