Description What You Will Do Delivery Leadership & Execution Own end-to-end delivery outcomes for AI and automation initiatives across Retirement, ensuring measurable business impact Define and lead delivery strategy, governance, and execution standards across the full pipeline Act as the global delivery authority, aligning priorities, resources, and execution to a single Retirement roadmap Drive portfolio-level planning and prioritisation, balancing demand, capacity, and strategic priorities Partner with business leadership to ensure a clear, high-quality demand pipeline Automation & AI Solution Delivery Lead delivery across a broad solution landscape (workflow automation, Power Platform, document intelligence, GenAI) Ensure solutions are designed for enterprise scale, sustainability, and cross-market reuse Provide senior oversight on solution design decisions, ensuring alignment with business and technical strategy Delivery Operations & Service Standards Own the design and implementation of a scaled delivery and support model Establish enterprise-grade governance, controls and service standards across all AI and automation solutions Ensure robust service ownership, monitoring and lifecycle management Lead continuous improvement across testing, release, change, and post-implementation processes Global Delivery Network & Scaling Lead a globally distributed delivery capability (Lisbon and Manila) Define the scaling strategy for AI and automation delivery across regions Ensure consistent standards while optimising location strategy, capacity and resilience Build a model that enables rapid scaling without compromising quality or control Stakeholder Management & Governance Act as a senior leader and trusted partner to Retirement business leadership, Technology and governance teams Influence key stakeholders on prioritisation, trade-offs and investment decisions Provide clear, structured visibility of delivery performance, risks and outcomes at leadership level Ensure full alignment with WTW risk, governance and Responsible AI standards Team Coordination & Capability Development Lead a global team, driving alignment to shared objectives and outcomes Build and evolve the AI & Automation delivery capability, including structure, roles and skills Drive capability maturity, embedding best practices and consistent ways of working Play an active role in talent strategy, hiring and leadership development Qualifications What We Are Looking For University degree is required, preferably in Technology, Engineering, Business, Management, or a related field Fluency in English, both spoken and written Experience leading delivery of automation, AI or transformation initiatives Strong project/program management capability, including planning, prioritisation, risk management and stakeholder communication Good understanding of intelligent automation concepts (workflow automation, RPA/lightweight automation, low-code platforms) Practical understanding of AI use cases in business environments (eg GenAI, document intelligence, classification, knowledge solutions) Proven ability to work across business and technical teams to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions Strong communication and influencing skills, particularly in matrix and cross-functional environments Ability to operate across global teams and different organisational structures
