Job Description

As a Jeep Brand Product Manager, you play a key role in shaping and delivering the vehicle by translating insights into well-defined product solutions. You will contribute to product direction through analysis, creativity, and informed recommendations, while owning the detailed execution of the product definition.

This role blends critical thinking with disciplined execution-challenging assumptions, developing data-driven proposals, and refining product content to meet customer needs and business objectives. Working closely with the Senior Product Lead and cross-functional teams, you ensure the product is clearly defined, competitive, and ready for successful market delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Definition & Content OwnershipOwn the detailed product "grid" (trims, features, options, packages, configurations)Ensure all product elements are accurately defined, aligned, and maintained throughout the program lifecycleManage change control and ensure updates are reflected consistently across systems and teamsEvaluate and recommend adjustments to features, pricing inputs, and configurations to improve value and competitivenessEnsure product decisions are implemented accurately and consistently across the programData, Analysis & Business Case SupportPrepare detailed inputs, data, and documentation for program reviews and governance forums ensuring all materials are accurate, complete, and aligned to program statusSupport tracking of KPIs, milestones, and launch readiness activitiesDevelop and maintain volume, mix, and take-rate assumptions to support financial targetsAnalyze customer data, competitive benchmarks, and internal inputs to inform content recommendationsIdentify gaps, inconsistencies, or risks in product assumptions and escalate appropriatelyExecution & Cross-Functional CoordinationWork closely with Engineering, Finance, Manufacturing, and Procurement to ensure product definition is feasible, cost-aligned, and executableTrack progress against milestones and ensure timely delivery of product inputs required for program executionSupport issue resolution by gathering data, clarifying impacts, and coordinating updates
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field5+ years of experience in Product Planning, Engineering, Finance, or related areasStrong analytical skills and attention to detailProficiency in Excel and PowerPointAbility to work effectively in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA or advanced degreeAutomotive experience or strong product knowledgeExperience working with product data, configurations, or financial assumptionsAbility to translate analysis into clear, structured recommendationsWhy Join Us?
