Base salary + performance-based incentives aligned to individual and business impact Your Job Molex is seeking an Associate Product Manager within our Automotive Networking group, focused on supporting new product development and growth initiatives across high-speed automotive connectivity solutions.

In this role, you will collaborate across engineering, operations, sales, and finance to support product line strategy and execution. You will gain hands-on experience in product management fundamentals including roadmap development, customer engagement, and financial analysis, while contributing to real business outcomes.

This is a development-focused role designed to build toward future product ownership. You will have the opportunity to learn how product decisions are made, how customer needs translate into strategy, and how cross-functional teams come together to bring products to market.

You will support key product initiatives and own defined projects over time, building the skills and experience needed to grow into a Product Manager role. Our Team You will join Molex's Automotive Networking team within Transportation Innovative Solutions, supporting high-speed data connectivity solutions across next-generation vehicle platforms. Our team partners closely with engineering, sales, and operations to bring new technologies to market and support global automotive customers.

What You Will Do Support the development and evolution of product roadmaps by gathering customer insights, market trends, and internal inputs to help shape product directionWork closely with engineering, sales, manufacturing, procurement, and finance teams to move product initiatives forward and keep priorities alignedContribute to customer proposals and business cases, helping connect product capabilities to real customer needs and business valueAssist in pricing and quoting activities by analyzing cost, market dynamics, and customer requirements to support informed decision-makingParticipate in customer meetings and conversations to gain exposure to how product strategy translates into real-world applicationsHelp translate customer feedback and market signals into actionable insights that influence product improvements and future opportunitiesSupport efforts to improve product profitability by identifying cost optimization opportunities and operational efficienciesGain exposure to structured decision-making approaches, including economic thinking and PBM principlesCollaborate on how products are positioned and communicated to customers, working alongside sales and product managementContribute to improving team processes and identifying ways to streamline work and increase efficiencyTake ownership of individual tasks or small projects, building confidence in managing priorities and delivering resultsContinuously build knowledge of the automotive and connectivity space, strengthening both technical understanding and business acumen Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) 0-3 years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, product development, business, marketing, supply chain, or a related environmentExperience working in team-based or cross-functional settings (plant, commercial, or project-based work)Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to learn quickly and adapt in a dynamic environmentComfort communicating and collaborating with both technical and business stakeholdersSelf-motivated with curiosity, initiative, and a desire to build a career in product managementBachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience What Will Put You Ahead Internship or early experience in product management, engineering, or manufacturing environmentsExposure to automotive, electronics, or connectivity-related industriesBasic understanding of financial concepts such as cost, pricing, or profitabilityExperience working in customer-facing or team-driven environmentsDemonstrated initiative, ownership of work, and a strong learning mindsetBachelor's degree or higher in engineering or business-related disciplines At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
