The Technical Applications Specialist II, Clinical Chemistry and Immunoassay (CCIA), is responsible for supporting our global Clinical Chemistry and Immunoassay in vitro diagnostic products, inclusive of Blood Virus. You will work closely with marketing, development, manufacturing, and field support associates on project teams to ensure our products meet the expectations of our customers and our global support organization. This role is an intersection of instrument knowledge/sophisticated troubleshooting, technical customer support and being the voice of the customer when it comes to transferring knowledge for new product design elements. The individual also plays a meaningful role through the development of technical documentation, training materials, and troubleshooting tools. This position reports to the Manager, Chemistry and Immunoassay Applications Science, is part of the Beckman Coulter Diagnostics Global Product Technical Support (GPTS) Applications team, and will be ONSITE at our facility in Chaska, MN. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Demonstrate a strong understanding of clinical laboratory operations and apply statistical techniques and risk‑management practices to evaluate product performance, as well as execute troubleshooting Navigate ambiguity with investigative curiosity to understand real‑world product use and provide insights that guide continuous product enhancements Engage directly with hospitals, clinics, and reference laboratories to gather insights and support customer‑centric decision making Work collaboratively across multifunctional teams, communicating clearly with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders Serve as a New Product Development (NPD) Core Team member, conveying project status, critical issues, and risks across cross‑functional partners The essential requirements of the job include: Bachelor Degree in Medical Science Technology or other relevant area AND 2+ years of relevant experience• OR Master Degree and 0+ years of relevant experience. •"Relevant experience" refers to working or leading in clinical laboratory setting Demonstrated project planning skills Proficiency in

This position requires up to 25% flying and/or driving travel, which will include overnight stays. Travel will be a mix of domestic and international. Ability to regularly lift, move, slide, raise and/or place up to 40 lbs. unassisted. Ability to stand, walk (prolonged), and sit; ascend and descend stairs; reach with hands and arms. The annual salary range for this role is $80,000.00-$90,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future. This job is eligible for bonus/incentive pay. We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
