Job Description
Job Description As a Portfolio Associate on Stryker's Upper Extremities Digital and Upstream Marketing team, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our digital shoulder ecosystem by supporting market and competitive analysis, synthesizing voice of customer insights, and identifying digital and workflow trends to inform strategic decisions. In close collaboration with cross functional partners across R D, regulatory, and commercial teams, you will gain hands on experience in digital product strategy, new solution exploration, and pre commercialization planning, all while contributing to technologies that enhance clinical workflows and improve patient outcomes. If you are energized by digital innovation in healthcare and want to help define what is next in shoulder care through data, software, and connected solutions, this is a place to grow and thrive.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Analyze digital competitors, platforms, and workflows to identify opportunities where Stryker can differentiate through software capabilities, data, and user experience. Gather Voice of Customer (VOC) insights by engaging with surgeons, sales teams, and clinical staff to understand unmet needs across planning, intraoperative workflows, and post‑procedure use. Track adoption, usage, and performance metrics for digital solutions; prepare clear, data‑driven reports and communicate insights to marketing and sales leadership. Develop a strong understanding of our digital products, including features, workflows, integrations, and value propositions, to effectively communicate benefits to internal stakeholders. Partner closely with marketing and product managers to support digital product management activities such as roadmap planning, backlog prioritization, and cross‑functional coordination. Support financial and business analyses for digital offerings, including pricing models, licensing structures, business cases, and new software growth opportunities. Contribute to digital R D initiatives by translating customer insights into user needs, supporting requirements definition, and participating in cross‑functional design discussions. Research emerging technologies, digital trends, and new customer segments to inform upstream strategy and future software development.WHAT YOU NEED
