We are seeking a dedicated and innovative Product Manager to join our team, focusing on enhancing proprietary tools and operational workflows. Responsibilities Manage and optimize proprietary product tools, ensuring they align with business needs and operate efficiently. Act as a primary point of resolution for internal teams and client-related issues, prioritizing and triaging support tickets. Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge documentation for both internal and client-facing resources. Collaborate with various teams to facilitate product launches and updates, ensuring clear communication of changes. Analyze user feedback and operational data to identify experience gaps and advocate for improvements. Skills A four-year degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field. At least 4 years of experience in Adtech product management or similar roles. Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to navigate ambiguity effectively. Excellent communication skills, capable of simplifying complex concepts for diverse audiences. Ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Preferred Skills Experience in project management methodologies and agile environments. Familiarity with AI tools for workflow optimization or support operations. Background in media effectiveness and stakeholder engagement. Experience in creating product tools and supporting materials for stakeholders.
