The ideal candidate will define product vision, manage product roadmaps, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver innovative solutions that align with company objectives. Key Responsibilities Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends. Gather and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders and customers. Lead the product development lifecycle from concept to launch. Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and operations teams. Monitor product performance using key metrics and recommend improvements. Develop business cases and product positioning strategies. Manage product launches and go-to-market plans. Identify and mitigate product risks and challenges. Mentor junior product managers and contribute to team development. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in a senior-level role. Proven experience managing product roadmaps and delivering successful products. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Ability to translate business needs into product requirements. Strong understanding of product metrics, market trends, and customer needs. Preferred Qualifications MBA or Master's degree in a relevant discipline. Experience with SaaS, technology, fintech, healthcare, or e-commerce products. Familiarity with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, and Aha!. Experience leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
