  • Job Description:
  • The Global Transactional FX team is seeking add a team member to assist in product commercialization, and performance management for our automated FX product suite, financials in addition to supporting operational risk deliverables.
TFX Product Strategy & Growth + Develop data-driven insights and analytics across clients, products, and geographies to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning. + Develop business cases to support product enhancements and expansion, including ROI, cost efficiencies, and market share impact. + Client Engagement & Commercialization + Partner closely with FX Specialized Product Sales, GPS Sales, Client Coverage, eFX Sales, and Trading to drive pipeline and achieve revenue targets. + Support complex deal origination by providing deep product expertise, participating in client presentations, and structuring solutions. + Collaborate across regions to promote cross-currency payment capabilities and execute on strategic, high-value client opportunities. + Operational Risk & Governance Leadership + Serve as the lead for operational risk and control processes across the Global Transactional FX and Cross-Border Real-Time Payments + Drive a consistent and robust risk management framework, including governance, controls, and adherence to the bank's risk appetite. + Partner with stakeholders across regions, products, and control functions to ensure risk alignment, transparency, and execution of key deliverables. + Oversee risk-related activities including control design, metric establishment risk assessments, issue management to ensuring timely and effective resolution.
