Job Description Job Summary Lead and manage multiple product development projects, programs and initiatives, overseeing the design, development, and launch of innovative solutions in Vial & Central Solutions within Pharmacy Automation business. Drive technical excellence and strategic direction for product development initiatives. Job Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of product development engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and high performance. Define and execute product development strategies in alignment with business objectives and market needs. Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from concept generation and feasibility studies to design, development, verification, validation, and commercialization. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure successful and on-time project delivery. Collaborate cross-functionally with R D, Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, and Manufacturing teams. Ensure compliance with relevant compliance regulations (e.g., ISO 13485) and internal quality systems. Drive continuous improvement initiatives in product development processes, tools, and methodologies. Identify and evaluate new technologies and intellectual property opportunities relevant to product portfolio expansion. Present project status, technical insights, and strategic recommendations to senior management. Act as a high-level technical strategist and provide guidance on complex engineering challenges. Job Qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Biomedical, Electrical, or related field) required; Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in electromechanical product development, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role. Proven track record of successfully launching complex devices and solutions into the market. Strong understanding of compliance regulations (e.g. ISO 13485
) and design control principles. Expertise in various engineering disciplines relevant to device design (e.g., mechanical design, electronics, software/firmware). Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing engineering teams. Excellent project management skills, including experience with project planning, budgeting, and risk management. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Why Join Us?
