Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Lead Product Development Project Manager to drive cross-functional automotive development programs within a Software-Defined Vehicle (SDV) environment. This role will lead end-to-end project execution, coordinating hardware, software, integration, and testing teams to deliver innovative vehicle solutions on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead complex product development projects from concept through production. Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and quality deliverables. Coordinate cross-functional teams including Software, Systems, EE, Integration, Testing, and Suppliers. Drive planning, milestone tracking, dependency management, and issue resolution. Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate decision-making across global teams. Monitor project risks, resource allocation, and budget performance. Prepare project status reports and present updates to leadership.
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience managing complex product development programs. Strong project planning, stakeholder management, and execution skills. Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint. Knowledge of automotive development lifecycle, systems integration, and validation. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in Software-Defined Vehicle (SDV) development. Knowledge of Functional Safety (ISO 26262), Cybersecurity, and Automotive Systems Architecture. Experience working with global engineering organizations and suppliers
