Scientific Research & DevelopmentLOCATION
Winston Salem. NC Your key responsibilities will include: Supports operations, submissions, and marketing initiatives on currently commercialized and future products Supports the development, science-based testing, characterization and other deploy based activities of our portfolio of modern oral products. Collaborates, identifies, and supports the implementation of new modern oral product offerings via conducting product formulations, product testing, manufacturing readiness, and data interpretation. Ability to work cross-functionally and support diverse project teams to execute new solutions. Provide support for commercialization activities including product specification creation, technical product submission support, and continued overall product technical expertise to support product manufacturing, and product quality initiatives. Ability to independently engage with local/global stakeholders and external partners to drive successful project outcomes. What are we looking for?Education:
Bachelor of Science Degree (B.S.), Master of Science (M.S.), or Doctor of philosophy (Ph.D.) in Food Chemistry / Science / Technology / Applied Materials / Engineering or equivalent experience in a science / technology field. 3-5 years of industry related work experience Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Excellent project management skills including prioritizing and managing assignments to ensure activities are aligned with project timelines. Is dependable and possesses the ability to quickly develop product understanding, credibility, and influencing skills. Ability to work in a laboratory environment and operate basic laboratory equipment such as pH meters, moisture meters, analytical balances, and mixers. Strong attention to detail and compliance. Possess the knowledge / experience to facilitate and conduct product build tests at a pilot and manufacturing scale is required.Beneficial:
