  • Internal Tools Platform We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to own and evolve COHORT , our internal tools platform.
This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, operations, and stakeholder management. You will work closely with internal users, business leaders, and developers to turn operational needs into thoughtful, scalable software solutions. This is a great role for someone with a software development background who wants to move closer to product ownership while staying deeply involved in technical decision-making. What You'll Do You will be responsible for guiding COHORT through the full product lifecycle, from discovery through delivery and ongoing support. This includes gathering requirements from stakeholders, translating business needs into technical specifications, creating UI/UX concepts or mockups, coordinating implementation with developers, and ensuring the platform remains reliable and useful after launch. You will partner with internal teams to understand pain points, identify opportunities for automation, prioritize feature requests, and help shape the long-term roadmap for COHORT. You will also work with the development team to clarify requirements, review technical tradeoffs, support testing, monitor platform performance, and help resolve production issues when needed. Responsibilities Own the roadmap, feature backlog, and delivery process for COHORT. Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements. Translate stakeholder needs into clear user stories, workflows, acceptance criteria, and implementation guidance. Create wireframes, mockups, or workflow diagrams to support design and development. Work directly with developers to define architecture considerations, review feasibility, and support implementation. Partner with internal users to test new features, gather feedback, and drive adoption. Identify opportunities to improve internal workflows using automation, AI tools, and RPA. Monitor platform health, coordinate issue resolution, and support ongoing infrastructure and maintenance needs. Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Required Qualifications 2-4 years of hands-on software development experience. Experience with modern web application development. Familiarity with technologies such as React, TypeScript, Node.js, MongoDB, or similar tools. Ability to understand technical systems, APIs, databases, integrations, and infrastructure at a practical level. Strong communication skills with both technical teams and business stakeholders. Ability to manage competing priorities and turn ambiguous requests into clear plans. Preferred Qualifications Prior product management, business analyst, solutions engineering, or project ownership experience. Experience designing internal tools, operational platforms, dashboards, or workflow applications. Exposure to AI-enabled tools, automation platforms, or robotic process automation. Experience creating UI/UX mockups, process maps, or technical documentation. Comfort working in a fast-moving environment with evolving requirements. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is technical enough to understand how the platform is built, product-minded enough to prioritize what should be built, and communicative enough to keep stakeholders aligned throughout the process.
