Head of Product - Content Authoring Platform (Senior Director) Salary :
Up to $225,000 - $250,000 base plus bonus and Equity Location:
Hoboken, NJ (Expectations 2-3 days a month onsite; Raleigh, NC also considered) Core Requirements & Responsibilities Proven experience leading platform products, internal tooling, or internal applications within complex enterprise B2B or B2B2C environments. Strong track record as a player-coach, with demonstrated success leading, mentoring, and developing product management teams (managing a team size of 20+). Hands-on product leader who can drive platform strategy while executing day-to-day continuous discovery and delivery cycles. Direct experience integrating AI/ML-driven capabilities into products, including generative AI, automated workflows, and recommendation engines to upgrade legacy applications. Establish a rigorous, data-driven product mindset across the team, utilizing advanced metrics, instrumentation, and success frameworks to validate hypotheses and track OKRs.
