Job Description

2 days Hybrid in Jersey City office Rate $40-$43/hr W2 Job Description Responsible for product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. Ensure that products align with the company's overall strategy and business objectives. Build products from existing ideas and help develop new concepts based on industry experience and customer feedback. Manage the entire product lifecycle from strategic planning to tactical execution.
Responsibilities:
Define product strategy, roadmap, and feature prioritization. Deliver product features in partnership with engineering and business stakeholders. Collaborate closely with development teams using Agile methodologies and JIRA for backlog management, sprint planning, user story creation, and tracking deliverables. Write and manage user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirements while working with engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle. Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, and Cursor to accelerate story writing, requirement documentation, analysis, and productivity. Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities. Manage pilot programs with early-stage products and samples. Demonstrate success in defining, launching, and enhancing products. Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills. Influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including engineering, QA, UX, and business stakeholders. Foster teamwork and drive alignment across multiple organizations.
Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree required; advanced degree preferred. Proven experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with development teams. Hands-on experience using JIRA for backlog management, sprint planning, and user story tracking. Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools including ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, and Cursor for requirements gathering, documentation, and user story creation. Excellent teamwork, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and deliver products successfully.
