As a Product Manager in Payments Trust & Safety, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations. Job responsibilities Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap Creating business cases for strategic initiatives that quantify the value we can deliver through new or enhanced products Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability Compiling insights of client pain points, evolving client needs and emerging market trends through client and competitive research, data analysis, internal feedback and market reviews Leads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management, business strategy, and / or management consulting Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics Proficiency in building business cases and ROI models that demonstrate client financial value propositions. Demonstrated ability to utilize qualitative and quantitative inputs to develop strategic and tactical recommendations to both improve the client experience and product adoption Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities Good knowledge of traditional and emerging methods of payment (e.g., ACH, Wire, Disbursements, Real Time Payments and Card). Proven program leadership with multiple cross-functional teams Strong MS Excel, MS PowerPoint skills Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics a meaningful impact by delivering high-quality products that resonate with clients.
