Job Description:

ODDITY is building something new

• and we need a sharp, driven operator to help bring it to life. We're looking for a Product Development Manager to join our packaging team as we expand into new brand territory. You'll own the full lifecycle of packaging development
• from initial brief to final production
• across categories that are still being defined. This is a rare chance to get in early and leave your fingerprints on something that doesn't exist yet. You'll lead supplier relationships, build and drive timelines, and coordinate across product, supply chain, R D, creative, and ops to get beautiful, functional packaging out the door
• on time, on budget, and on brand.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Own packaging development from concept to launch

• every stage, every detail Build and drive project plans and Gantt timelines across sampling, testing, artwork, and manufacturing Manage global supplier relationships
• briefs, prototypes, negotiations, iteration cycles Develop packaging strategies informed by market research, trend analysis, and material innovation Align cross-functional teams to hit design, technical, and regulatory standards Track cost, quality, and specs; use data to drive decisions and flag risks early Identify and resolve issues fast to protect timelines and launch readiness

WHO YOU ARE A

• you bring structure to chaos and clarity to complexity A sharp communicator who can influence up, down, and across Analytical and detail-oriented, with strong Excel/Google Sheets skills Comfortable juggling competing priorities in a fast-moving environment Strategic enough to set direction, scrappy enough to execute in the weeds

REQUIREMENTS BA/BS

from a top-tier university 1-3 years in consulting, banking, PE, or a high-growth startup

• or a recent grad who's a true go-getter with something to prove Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides, and project management tools
