We are seeking innovators who can understand and empathize with consumers, ideate to delight end users, influence stakeholders through strong ideas and solid investment cases, and lead teams of cross-functional peers to launch powerful pipelines. The Innovation team owns the creation and delivery of the innovation pipeline across brands, to achieve brand performance and growth goals. The team is accountable for developing the innovation strategy to shape the quantity and quality of the pipeline, gaining leadership support for projects, and leading/ influencing cross-functional alignment to ensure timely progression, launch, and support of innovation. This exciting role has the following key responsibilities: Build innovation strategies and platforms (aligned to brand long-term strategies) Own creation, development, and execution of 1
  • 4-year brand pipelines for all channels (eComm, Club, Value, FDM), to ensure a robust set of platforms yielding a pipeline with sufficient and supportable cadence Define project prioritization with stakeholder functions Ideate and lead innovation platforms and projects through stage gates as PAL (Project Accountable Leader), in accordance with the HALEON Innovation and Superiority Model Ensure quality of pipeline via creation and evaluation of project business cases with strong desirability/viability/feasibility/sustainability profiles Represent brand pipeline and projects internally (e.
g. governance and leadership meeting) and externally (e.g. customer engagements) Collaborate with key partners (Product Development, Regulatory, Medical, Insights, Sales Strategy, Brand, Finance etc.) Identify and lead innovation transformation initiatives to improve innovation efficiency and effectiveness Why you?
Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Entrepreneurship, or related fields 8+ years marketing, brand management, or innovation experience End to end innovation experience
  • from early on ideation to commercialization for simple & complex innovation (experience here can come through a combination of multiple roles) Experience setting innovation strategies, creating and executing platforms, managing end-to-end development, and launching new product introductions in market.
Significant experience in Analytics and Facility with P&Ls including ability to build business cases Strong executive presence
  • can communicate effectively, manage multiple stakeholders and drive to decisions Strong strategic skills, including ability to analyze, identify opportunities, and build fact-based cases for investment Excellent storytelling capabilities with high level communication skills (written and verbal) Exceptional leadership skills, including ability to lead and influence up, down and over with a matrixed organization (large, diverse teams, peer groups, senior stakeholders) Positive, can-do mindset, with the ability to motivate a cross-functional team Experience in managing/overseeing multi-brand platforms Has experience within e-commerce•either from managing brands, launching new brands, test & learns, etc.
Preferred Qualifications:

Includes traditional stage gate, lean start-up, sprint approaches, applied understanding of Design Thinking principles, and use of non-traditional testing tools Persuasive storytelling capabilities with high level communication skills (written and verbal). Ability to analyze and simplify data into a coherent and compelling narrative that creates enthusiasm and support Effective leadership skills, including ability to lead and influence up, down, and over with a matrixed organization (large, diverse teams, peer groups, senior stakeholders), bringing people and teams along with active listening and an open mindset Agility to adapt and work effectively within a variety of situations including organizational changes and changes in job demands. Strong team player who both leads and serves, demonstrating integrity and commitment to colleagues Action Oriented & Accountable, with a "can do" attitude fueling by a proactive and positive mindset Comfortable challenging status-quo. Proactive in identifying, leading, and implementing change initiative Bias for action and simplicity. Seeks to identify "what matters most" and drives for focus and streamline to achieve critical activities in service of the larger goal.
  • The position is based in Warren, NJ, and follows a hybrid model, requiring an in-office presence of 3 days per week. The salary range for this role is $ 142,282
