The Senior Product Manager (SPM), Cardiovascular is responsible for end-to-end product lifecycle ownership for a cardiovascular product portfolio, from ideation through development, launch, commercialization, and lifecycle management. The role drives portfolio strategy, profitability, and cross-functional execution in a highly regulated medical device environment. Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties Define and execute product and portfolio strategy, including multi-generational roadmaps and lifecycle plans.
Own end-to-end product lifecycle: ideation through post-launch optimization and profitability.
Integrate Voice of Customer insights, clinical workflows, and competitive intelligence into product requirements.
Partner cross-functionally with R D, Clinical, Sales, Marketing, Quality, and Operations.
Lead global product launches and ensure commercial readiness.
Develop business cases and financial justifications; track post-launch performance.
Support long-term Cardiovascular division strategy and growth initiatives.
Mentor and coach Product Managers and Associate Product Managers.
Build Quality into all aspects of work by maintaining compliance with all FDA and Worldwide Quality & Compliance regulations. Adopt the Beyond Compliance Quality Culture and attend all required Quality & Compliance training. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree required.
MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Minimum 7+ years of experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, or life sciences product management. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Extensive experience in product management within a regulated medical device environment.
Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and financial acumen.
Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams without authority.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Targeted salary range:
