Strategy and Planning:
Develop vision for your product Creation of 6-month roadmap for your product Create and maintain competitive analysis for your product Inform prioritization framework for your product Define product lifecycle for your product Identify and recommend potential automated business system solutions and prioritize enhancements Define strategies for leveraging AI to optimize product delivery cycles, quantify success metrics, and drive continuous performance improvement.
Requirements and Execution:
Drive the end-to-end development and launch of new financing products, features, and integrations, from concept definition to market introduction. Take ownership of the loan origination lifecycle, identifying bottlenecks and opportunities for automation and optimization. Implement technology solutions that streamline application processing, underwriting, document management, and funding to enhance speed and accuracy. Lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution for ACV Capital's dealer self-service platform, ensuring a best-in-class user experience. Support the business with audit documentation and compliance ensuring controls are implemented and executed in critical areas Create functional user stories and acceptance criteria Collaborate with design, analysts and engineering to plan development schedule
Communication and Collaboration:
Demonstrate accountability with project timelines and manage project expectations by clearly documenting risks, and communicating delays as urgently reasonable Conduct customer & stakeholder demos Creation and presentation of plans and impacts Contribute to discussions with technology and executive leadership to inform, gain consensus and problem solve Participate in agile ceremonies Stay abreast of system product releases, assessing risk and escalating appropriately Partner with legal, internal audit, and security to ensure the tools and processes being built meet the needs of audit and regulatory requirements.
Customer and Market Insights:
Identify, analyze, and develop strategies to improve core KPIs supporting the floor plan business Gather dealer feedback, conduct user research, and analyze data to continuously improve the self-service journey and anticipate future needs. Develop release marketing What you should have: 3-5 years' experience in banking, lending, financial services, or auto industry 3-5 years' experience supporting product development Strong verbal and written communication skills Experience with loan management systems is preferred Basic proficiency in SQL query writing is preferred Excellent analytical skills Ability to work in excel proficiently Ability to document requirements and business processes Experience manually testing complex features Our Values Trust & Transparency | People First | Positive Experiences | Calm Persistence | Never Settling At ACV, we are committed to an inclusive culture in which every individual is welcomed and empowered to celebrate their true selves.
