Job Description:

Noi Solutions, LLC. was founded in 2009. We are a fully vertical, strategic apparel manufacturing and sourcing company with owned factories in Asia. We collaborate with major retailers from design to production in cut and sew knits and sweaters. The Senior Product Development and Production Coordinator position is an apparel product development-focused position supporting client needs from initial development to delivery. This associate works cross-functionally with our factory to support apparel product development requirements of our retail clients. Responsibilities of the Sr. Product Development & Production Coordinator Support the product development & production process from initial design pass off to product shipment Collaborate with mills, factories, wash houses, and trim suppliers on product development Maintain all trackers and WIP reports created by internal team while ensuring data integrity Analyze all tracking reports for season completed by factory partners, anticipate and escalate issues Coordinate daily communication with factories Facilitate and manage timely approval of all components in accordance with time & action calendars to support on-time deliveries Provide timely communication and follow-up to clients on submit & sampling approvals Track and catalogue pre-production submits and samples Support seasonal fabric and garment development for clients Process client orders, and record and convey client requests for PO changes with factory Ensure prompt resolution of all production related issues Responsible for accurate and efficient distribution of all incoming packages to clients Support special projects and new business as needed Skills/Requirements 5+ years related apparel development experience; preferably in Men's, Women's or Children's Cut & Sew Knits Previous experience with fabric development and trim development, including working with mills, factories, trim suppliers, and wash houses is required Knowledge of children's clothing regulations is preferred Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel formulas, pivot tables, and VLOOKUPs High degree of accuracy Resourceful problem solving abilities Advanced negotiation skills Highly organized with keen attention to detail Superior written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills Proactive with strong follow-up skills Able to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced client support environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe, Google, and PLM applications Bachelor's Degree
