SUMMARY The Director of Product Development is the voice of the customer, leads the product team, is client-facing, and is responsible for formulating the overall product vision, overseeing the creation of product strategies, and ensuring delivery against product roadmaps. This role possesses deep understanding of the customer experience, business logic, features and functionality of the product portfolio applications which includes proprietary and SaaS solutions. The Director of Product Development guides the product team in managing products throughout their entire life cycle, from conception to launch to end of life. Collaborating closely with directors and leaders across engineering, analytics, data, account management and delivery functions, The Director of Product Development ensures that the products achieve both the customers' targeted outcomes and the organization's business objectives.

Act as client's indispensable expert, consultant and thought partner, guiding ideation, decisions, prioritization, pros and cons of options Develop and present thoughtful, strategic, innovative recommendations to improve user experience and achieve business outcomes Develop and deliver product solutions that create business impact, leading to increased customer adoption, customer satisfaction and stakeholder net promoter scores Partner closely with project management and software engineering to scope and deliver solutions on time, on spec, and on budget. Lead the buildout of new and enhance existing products and features for commercialization. Key Responsibilities:
Through collaboration across the organization, ensure the effective creation and launch of new products and services. Lead high level prioritization in coordination with stakeholders and project management to provide the highest impact to customers, alignment with the strategy and benefit to the financial results. Create and implement processes, continuous improvement to drive prioritization, quality, speed to market, and value across the product portfolio. Establish effective approaches and processes for continuous collection of data to understand market trends, the evolving needs of existing customers, and unsolved customer problems in new targeted customer segments. Drive a CX strategy and optimizations to ensure a compelling and engaging experience for the changing needs of customers. Based on business need, fulfills product owner role for specific applications, acting as escalation point for issues, as well as user story development and user acceptance testing. Key Outcome:
Create and increase value to the organization and customers by driving results through key performance indicators. Key Responsibilities:
? Establish, monitor, and take appropriate action on key performance metrics and/or OKR achievement for the products team. ? Partner with program, finance, account management, sales, marketing, and other functional leaders to deliver successfully against key performance metrics, such as: o New customer acquisition o Revenue from new products o Revenue growth (CAGR) o Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) score/Net Promoter Score (NPS) o Customer retention rate o Achievement of revenue against targets Key Outcome:

Additional accountabilities and tasks may be assigned by leader/management, to contribute to overall team and agency success. QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Analytics, Business Management, Business Operations 10+ years of experience in product management with at least 3 cycles of feature development based on customer experience / feedback / intelligence. 5+ years of experience in the marketing or technology industries 3+ years of experience managing a team of direct reports Product Management and/or Agile certification Demonstrated success in defining and building B2B products, including the creation and launch of new offerings. Experience managing cross-functional teams of five people or greater. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate/translate concepts to technical and nontechnical audiences at various hierarchical levels. Excellent interpersonal skills:
able to build relationships and collaborate across diverse stakeholder groups. Building alignment and 'getting to yes' is paramount. Business acumen, including understanding of the economics of a technology business and models. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Butler/Till is committed to providing pay transparency of our compensation philosophy and ensuring equitable pay practices for our employee owners. The compensation range for this position is $129,000 - $202,000 and represents the annual salary range in Rochester, NY. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. This is just one component of Butler/Till's total compensation package for employee owners. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including ESOP (employee stock ownership plan), an annual bonus, in addition to a full benefits package, and paid time off benefits, including 100% paid parental leave. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
