- $170,000 a year 22 hours ago Benefits Paid holidays Disability insurance Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) matching Employee discount Life insurance Qualifications Project reporting Construction project reporting Stakeholder engagement Managerial strategic planning Budget management Strategic management Operational risk management Sales management Engineering Regulatory compliance Construction Sales team management Performance management Compliance management implementation Team development Schedule management Bachelor's degree in engineering Bachelor's degree Continuous improvement Decision making Product management Construction scheduling Commissioning phase involvement Senior level Escalation handling Implementing lean manufacturing processes Stakeholder management 10 years Full Job Description Linde Engineering North America LLC Associate Director•Product Execution Management The Woodlands, TX or Tonawanda, NY, United States | req28031 What you will enjoy doing• You will lead, coach, and develop a team of Product Execution Managers/Leads and supporting disciplines; set clear expectations, provide performance feedback, and build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement Own the execution operating model by leading an integrated, multi-discipline framework consolidating Engineering Management, Project Scheduling, Expediting, Equipment Engineering, and Construction Management Additionally you will oversee portfolio delivery of standardized ASU products and standard H2/CO2 plants across LEA entities and selected international projects under global workshare, ensuring consistent application of standards and best practices Ensure end-to-end project performance across all phases (engineering through commissioning), including governance, gate reviews, and timely escalation/decision-making Drive project controls outcomes by ensuring robust planning and execution to meet budget, schedule, and quality targets; partner with project controls to prepare progress reporting and executive/customer presentations You will champion lean execution and modularization in partnership with Global Technology; develop, implement, and sustain product execution strategies that improve productivity, predictability, and cost competitiveness Act as senior interface and single point of accountability for internal and external stakeholders, enabling a collaborative multirole operating rhythm across engineering, procurement, logistics, construction, and commissioning Lead workforce and capacity management through strategic/operational planning, proactive risk management, and corrective actions to address constraints and execution gaps Also you will ensure contract and regulatory compliance by promoting familiarity with contract requirements, local laws, and applicable regulations; ensure quality execution decisions align with contractual obligations Institutionalize lessons learned by driving capture, implementation, and integration of lessons learned into the company process and standard product playbooks What makes you great You will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, or a related field (required) 10+ years of related execution/project management experience, ideally within target markets relating to the specific product line, with a proven record of successful delivery You will also have a proven success in developing and implementing strategic and financial business plans Experience managing execution of
EPC/EPCM
