The Project Manager is responsible for leading project management activities for new product development and product lifecycle programs. This role owns planning, execution, and reporting across projects, ensuring effective resource utilization, project prioritization, and delivery from inception through completion. This position reports to the Director, Program Management and is part of the Engineering and R D team located in Cincinnati, Ohio and will be an on-site role. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Support cross-functional project teams from concept through launch by contributing to the planning and execution of technical projects Manage multiple project activities or smaller projects, including maintaining project schedules, budgets, and forecasts Communicate project updates to stakeholders, including progress, risks, and issues, and escalate as needed Facilitate coordination across functions to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones Identify and communicate resource, capacity, and performance considerations to project leadership while applying Danaher best practices to drive execution and continuous improvement The essential requirements of the job include: Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Engineering (Mechanical, Biomedical, Electrical, or related field) Prefer 2+ yrs of experience in project coordination, schedule management, or leadership of defined workstreams in a regulated industry Experience managing project schedules, budgets, and cross-functional deliverables

The annual salary range for this role is $108,000 - $128,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay. We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
