Job Description

Job Description Flexjet is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our team in Cleveland, OH. This role will be responsible for leading product strategy and execution for our innovative offerings. The Senior Product Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities. You will be instrumental in driving product development from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals.
Your Responsibilities:
Define and communicate product vision and strategy. Lead product development lifecycle from ideation to launch. Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams. Conduct market research and competitive analysis. Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements. Develop and maintain product roadmaps. Monitor product performance and iterate based on feedback. Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding.
Your Profile:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 5+ years of product management experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in the aviation or luxury service industry is a plus.
