Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) Operations Product organization provides critical cross-line of business support across JPMC and serves as one of the largest product portfolios in CCB, delivering value to millions of customers and over 30,000 employees. As a product team member, your problem-solving skills will place you on the cutting edge of defining the vision, creating the strategy and building the roadmap to solutions that impact millions. Along the way, you'll develop a deep, end-to-end understanding of the business and find an inclusive culture that welcomes diverse ideas and supports your individual growth and career mobility. Job Responsibilities Oversee the product roadmap, vision, development, execution, risk management, and business growth targets. Lead the entire product life cycle through planning, execution, and future development. Continuously adapt, develop new products and methodologies, manage risks, and achieve business targets. Coach and mentor the product team on best practices, including solution generation and product adoption strategies. Own product performance and invest in enhancements to achieve business objectives. Monitor market trends, conduct competitive analysis, and identify opportunities for product differentiation. Drive strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and execution of AI for Documents with engineering teams. Lead adoption of AI technologies including OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, and Agentic implementations. Ensure document management best practices and compliance. Manage stakeholders across multiple functions. Deliver measurable business results through AI-driven document solutions. Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills Experience leading AI technologies including OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, and Agentic implementations. Experience with document management. 15+ years of experience or equivalent expertise delivering products, projects, or technology applications. Extensive knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analytics. Proven ability to influence the adoption of key product life cycle activities. Experience driving change within organizations. Experience managing stakeholders across multiple functions. Strong executive communication and narrative skills. Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and technology skills. Bachelor's degree in business, operations, analytics, or related field.
