Job Description

WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
We are looking for a Global Apparel Senior Product Line Manager responsible for Nike TEAM Sports apparel, including (but not limited to) American Football, Volleyball, and Lacrosse uniforms and training apparel. You will report to the Senior Manager of Football Uniforms. This role will partner with the cross functional product creation team (your triad and key partners), work closely with the broader Field and Collegiate Sports PLM team, as well as Geo/Territory Sales, Brand, Planning, Sourcing, Materials/Trims, Merchandising, and Finance teammates. This role is focused on building product for Nike's TEAM Sports business serving the critical collegiate, high school, club, and youth markets.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a Senior PLM who can lead our Nike TEAM apparel business with pace and precision. You have proven ability to manage an apparel line, and you can confidently juggle competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment. You bring strong business management and strategic thinking, backed by product finance fundamentals (revenue, margin, FOB) and sharp analytical skills. You communicate clearly, visually, and verbally while building alignment across a cross-functional team and driving decisions through key gates. You understand apparel construction and the sourcing process end-to-end, and you are relentless on details, calendar discipline, and follow-through. You have a strong passion for the athletes and teams that Nike serves through its Nike TEAM channel - understanding the athlete needs, product requirements, and distribution channel required to serve this unique consumer. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training. 3+ years' experience in relevant product related roles Product Management and Merchandising skills and understanding of the product process Strong business orientation, analytical aptitude, and retail math Strong business management experience Demonstrated leadership capability, including ability to motivate, negotiate and influence Experience with Keynote, Adobe Suite, PowerPoint and Excel Deep knowledge and understanding of the relevant athletes and marketplace Passion for grassroots, club, and institutional sports Ability to travel up to 10%
WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
You will be responsible for the end-to-end product creation of Nike's TEAM Apparel for Football, Volleyball, and Lacrosse —turning athlete insights into product that performs for athletes at the youth, Club, High School, and Collegiate levels. You will set line strategy, drive cross functional alignment, and balance creativity, craft, and commercial rigor. Own product creation gates and calendars, making hard trade-offs to keep teams focused, aligned, and on time in a deadline driven global cadence. Translate athlete and marketplace insights around the game into clear briefs, line architectures, and storytelling. Ensure the proper testing and validation work is completed to successful product lifecycles. Spend time deep in the details—reviewing assortments, samples, costs, and narratives—while also stepping back to guide long-term strategy and vision.
