Qualifications:
The Product Manager I would have a BA/BS in Business Administration or relevant field with 4+ years' experience in a product management position in healthcare, or equivalent combination of education and experience. For technology specific roles experience in consumer-facing software & services or a start-up environment preferred. The Product Manager II would have a BA/BS in Business Administration or relevant field with 6+ years' experience in a product management position in healthcare or equivalent combination of education and experience. For technology specific roles experience in consumer-facing software & services or a start-up environment preferred. MBA preferred.Skills and Attributes:
- Proven product management experience, with demonstrated success in complex product environments (healthcare experience preferred)
- Understanding of AI/ML (including Generative AI) concepts, capabilities, and limitations-you know what's possible and what's hype
- Experience with the unique considerations of AI/ML product development lifecycles
- Experience working directly with technology teams in a product owner or similar capacity
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business problems into data and AI solution opportunities
- Effective communication skills, particularly in explaining AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience creating and maintaining product documentation, requirements, and acceptance criteria
- Proven ability to manage product backlogs and prioritize features based on business value
- Familiarity with AI ethics, responsible AI principles, and governance frameworks
- Experience tracking and reporting AI/ML metrics aligned to evaluation frameworks
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and facilitating sprint ceremonies
