As a Project Manager III for Job Seeker Discovery, you will drive the cross-platform UX strategy and execution that powers how job seekers browse, discover, and start applying to jobs, with a particular focus on experiences that convert into high-quality apply starts. You will define and execute the product strategy, working closely with UX, Engineering, and partner teams to rapidly bring products to market. Responsibilities Define product strategy and roadmap for Job Seeker discovery experiences across web, mobile, and partner surfaces, grounded in a deep understanding of seeker needs and business goals. Facilitate cross-functional discovery with Design, Engineering, Data Science, UX Research, and Marketing to identify high-impact problems, explore solution spaces, and validate concepts via experiments and user research. Translate insights into clear requirements by writing product briefs, defining user journeys, and specifying success metrics, edge cases, and platform-specific considerations. Drive execution from concept to launch, managing prioritization, grooming backlogs, partnering closely with engineering on scope and tradeoffs, and unblocking the team as needed. Measure impact and iterate using experiment results, behavioral data, and qualitative feedback to refine experiences, improve relevance of content and recommendations, and inform future roadmap decisions. Represent the Job Seeker voice in planning and review forums, ensuring discovery experiences are cohesive across surfaces and aligned with Indeed-wide standards and principles. Communicate crisply with partners, sharing progress, decisions, risks, and learnings with partner teams and leadership in a data-driven, narrative-first way. Skills/Competencies Requires Bachelor's degree and at least 12 years relevant experience, 14 years of relevant experience, or equivalent in education and experience. Familiar and effective in working with Live Chat, Chatbot, and High Velocity Sales/Client Success experience.
