Job Description

Senior Vice President, POM Product Management We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, POM Product Management to join our team. This role is located in Berwyn, PA . In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Drive the development of key client reporting and solutions with significant impact. Serve as a thought leader and expert within the Managed Account Solutions Engineering management team and across the organization. Collaborate closely with Clients, VP Product Managers and Directors to ensure alignment and execution of product strategy. Influence product direction, often working with clients on reporting that are critical to the business or are highly innovative. To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience. 8-10+ years of product management experience, including creating strategic reporting product roadmaps and working with cross-functional teams in a highly matrixed environment. Prior experience working in the financial industry preferred and directly with clients on requirements, development, and implementation. Experience building and launching reporting products from ideation through launch and revision. Deep knowledge and experience in agile methodologies, including working with multiple scrum teams on simultaneous builds. Experience managing daily technical and design direction.
