Bachelor's degree in Computer science or equivalent, with minimum 12+ Years of relevant experience 8 to 12+ years of experience in digital analytics, MarTech, or data engineering roles 4+ years hands on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and/or Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) Proven experience leading enterprise scale analytics implementations Strong background working with regulated or security sensitive data environments (e.g., insurance, financial services, healthcare) Primary (Need to Have) Skills & Technologies Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) - dataset design, metrics, dimensions, attribution models Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) - schemas, XDM, identity stitching, ingestion pipelines GA4 data ingestion and reconciliation Adobe Data Collection / Tags & data layer design Data modeling, schema governance, and documentation SQL and analytical querying for validation Debugging, QA, and data quality assurance frameworks Strong stakeholder communication and technical leadership Strong understanding of Customer 360 / CDP integration models Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to lead technical discussions, architecture reviews, and cross-functional initiatives.
