Job Description

•This is not a remote or hybrid position•Senior Product Manager (Consumer Products Industry) in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania ArtSkills, Inc., has a full-time position available for a Senior Product Manager in its Marketing Department at its Bethlehem, PA, headquarters. The Senior Product Manager drives go-to-market plans, the development and execution of product lines, and marketing activities to maximize sales. The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience in the CPG industry with a demonstrated history in product management, sales, E-Commerce, marketing, and financial reporting, as well as the development and maintenance of product lines for the mass-market distribution channel. The Senior Product Manager delivers new products to market by collaborating with internal teams to coordinate operations, marketing content, product costing, and executing marketing strategies to support company goals, and identifies and recommends areas for brand expansion based on solid data and insights related to the financial performance of existing product lines, competitive launches, industry trends, and retailer strategies. The Senior Product Manager has knowledge of and experience in market research, product marketing, channel marketing, e-marketing, business/market development, branding, pricing, new product development, etc.
Major Responsibilities:
Develops and executes marketing strategies. Develops product and marketing plans across all retailers - including positioning, objectives, strategies, and tactics. Partners with market research to understand consumer insights and bring products to market. Assesses market competition and identifies growth opportunities. Creates selling stories for new product line launches. Provides leadership, marketing direction, and decision-making for ArtSkills expansion areas. Develops and implements go-to-market strategies, working with all departments to execute. Required to problem solve using hypothetical thinking to determine the best solutions for complex problems. Utilize resources across work areas and departments to create solutions. Most complex problem-solving may require in-depth interpretation and analysis across significantly different situations.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration (MBA preferred). 5+ years of relevant working experience. Should have extensive knowledge about consumer-packaged goods (CPG) in the retail trade industry. Strong business analytical skills and proven business acumen. Experience with multiple disciplines, such as market research, channel/product marketing, business/market development, branding, etc.
Location:
