Careers with WSFS Bank offer an inclusive and supportive culture, competitive salaries, advancement opportunities, and more. We are the region's locally headquartered bank and wealth management company. We are honored to consistently be named a Top Workplace by our Associates, who make a difference every day for the people, businesses, and Communities we serve. We Stand For Service® is more than part of our name, it's our mission and our purpose. WSFS Bank is seeking a highly strategic and execution-oriented Application Strategy Lead to serve as the Product Owner and Product Manager for our nCino application ecosystem. This role owns the end-to-end product lifecycle for the nCino Bank Operating System, translating corporate strategy and mission-critical initiatives into a clear product vision, roadmap, and prioritized backlog. This leader will drive product strategy, customer-centric innovation, regulatory alignment, and Agile execution while leading cross-functional teams to deliver a portfolio of high-impact product enhancements and new capabilities. Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, regulatory requirements, and customer needs to identify strategic product opportunities. Translate business strategy into actionable product initiatives with measurable outcomes. Balance innovation, regulatory compliance, technical feasibility, and operational scalability. Shift efficiently between strategic and tactical activities, understanding context; connect seemingly unconnected concepts and ideas; and take action. Prioritize and adjust in order to achieve results at the individual, team, and project level. Product Ownership & Agile Execution- Serve as the primary nCino Product Owner for Agile delivery teams. Own, define, groom, and prioritize the product backlog based on value, risk, and strategic alignment. Write and refine epics, features, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria. Act as the "voice of the customer" in daily Scrum ceremonies. Partner closely with Engineering to ensure high-quality, scalable solutions. Lead sprint planning, roadmap refinement, release planning, and adoption tracking. Drive adoption strategies across business units. Cross-Functional Leadership- Lead and develop a team of Business Systems Analysts and nCino Administrators. Integrate department-level processes with enterprise program and project initiatives. Bridge communication gaps between stakeholders, developers, leadership, and vendors. Present product strategy, roadmap updates, risks, and KPIs to Directors and senior leadership. Influence without direct authority across matrixed teams. Governance, Risk & Compliance- Collaborate with Regulatory and Risk teams to ensure compliance while preserving usability and flexibility. Anticipate, identify, assess, and escalate risks and issues. Prepare contingency plans and ensure disciplined execution. Define and monitor portfolio metrics and product performance indicators. Vendor & Ecosystem Management- Participate in third-party vendor selection and evaluation processes. Build and maintain productive relationships with professional services firms, contractors, and software providers. Coordinate implementation support and engage nCino support channels as needed. Work closely with vendor(s) discussing and planning roadmap, issues and enhancements. Provide structured performance feedback to vendor representatives.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, product ownership or business systems analysis in the banking and/or financial services industry. Minimum of 3 years of experience leading analysts, administrators, or cross-functional product teams. Minimum of 3 years of Salesforce experience. nCino experience is highly preferred. Demonstrated experience working in the banking or financial services industry. Strong understanding of banking principles, lending processes, and financial technologies. Demonstrated experience managing products in Agile environments. Experience working in high-ambiguity environments with exposure to senior leadership. Proven ability to move fluidly between strategic planning and tactical execution. Strong business acumen and ability to think and act holistically. Strong process mapping and workflow documentation skills (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart). Working knowledge of enterprise financial systems, integrations, reporting platforms, and third-party data environments. Ability to travel in the WSFS Bank footprint in the Greater Philadelphia region as needed.
