Job Description

Job Summary:
Are you looking to launch your career in product development and engineering support? This Junior Product Development role offers the opportunity to work hands-on with design processes, tooling, and manufacturing support while collaborating with cross-functional teams. You'll play a key role in preparing models for production, supporting quality initiatives, and ensuring products meet customer specifications. If you're detail-oriented, eager to learn, and enjoy working in a technical environment, this is a great opportunity to grow your skillset.

Shift Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain models for CNC operations and production readiness Assist with corrective actions, including tool order entry and scheduling Review design plans, process procedures, and quality standards to support product development Interpret customer drawings and specifications to assist with inspections and product analysis Maintain and update tooling files, casting model files, and drawing revision records Update process control documentation and support safety and environmental initiatives
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and with customers Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications Willingness and ability to quickly learn internal processes and systems Ready to get your foot in the door with a growing product development team?
