General Purpose of the Job The ROPS Manager of Product is a key leadership role responsible for shaping the vision, strategy, and execution of products that power DaVita's Revenue Operations (ROPS). This individual will lead a team to implement and enhance business systems and processes, driving significant improvements across multiple business teams. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, deep analytical rigor, user empathy, and team leadership. The Manager, Product will translate complex operational needs, user insights, and business objectives into a clear product roadmap, defining and managing Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to ensure every feature delivered advances business outcomes and improves the teammate experience.
