Job Description

Apply Associate Product Manager New Holland, PA Apply Description Summary:
This position is responsible for supporting the Product Management Team in the development and management of products that support corporate growth and profitability initiatives. In this role, you will assist with reviewing materials, analyzing data, and supporting the implementation of product initiatives under the direction of product management staff.
Functions:
Support efforts to stay current with the market to understand key trends impacting markets, customers, products, services, and operational processes. Work with the implementation team to support product initiatives. Assist in maintaining awareness of regulatory and compliance issues related to products. Assist with the review of product changes from rating bureaus, as needed. Support analysis of trends and market needs to assist in recommending product solutions. Assist in monitoring the success of product initiatives. Assist in the development and preparation of materials for filings. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor. Requirements Bachelor's degree preferred. Prior internship, coursework, or one to two years of relevant experience in insurance, product management, compliance, analytics, underwriting, or business operations preferred. Interest in developing knowledge of Property and Casualty insurance principles, product compliance, and product development required. Basic understanding of insurance coverages, rates, rules, forms, or regulatory filings preferred; willingness and ability to learn required. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail required. Strong written and verbal communication skills required. Ability to gather information, analyze details, identify issues, and summarize findings clearly required. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in an environment with changing priorities required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams required. Ability to learn company systems, product management tools, regulatory resources, and insurance applications required. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams required. Ability to work flexible hours, travel to all organization offices (including Pennsylvania, Ohio, and South Dakota). Ability to work in an office environment with moderate noise level, remain in a stationary position and operate a computer a majority of the time required. Ability to move throughout the office to access work materials and to move work materials weighing up to ten pounds daily required.
