As the Product Manager for the Buyer Experience, you will own the critical touchpoints that define how users interact and transact on our marketplace. You aren't just managing features; you are the architect of the Trade, Private Client and Message Center ecosystems, driving scalable growth by bridging the gap between buyer intent and successful conversion. You'll lead a high-velocity, cross-functional squad of engineers, designers, and analysts to transform complex buyer pain points into elegant, high-performance product solutions. This role offers high visibility to senior leadership and the autonomy to significantly influence our global product strategy. What you'll do Own the
Vision:
Define and execute the multi-quarter strategy and roadmap for Onboarding flows, Message Center and our Trade and Private Client Program, ensuring they align with overarching business goals.
Full-Lifecycle Delivery:
Lead product development from raw concept and rapid experimentation to full-scale global launches.
Data-Driven Discovery:
Synthesize user research, competitive market analysis, and deep-funnel analytics to uncover "hidden" opportunities for innovation. Bridge the
Gap:
Act as the connective tissue between design, engineering, and marketing to build, iterate, and polish key buyer-facing features.
Drive Engagement:
Partner with stakeholders to optimize the communication loop between buyers and sellers, specifically aimed at increasing Trade program velocity. Evangelize the
Roadmap:
Communicate product wins and strategic pivots to senior leadership, setting clear expectations and building organizational consensus. Obsess over the
Buyer:
Become the voice of the user by analyzing on-site behaviors and conducting direct interviews to solve friction in the marketplace journey. What you'll bring
Marketplace Instinct:
3+ years of PM experience, with a strong preference for e-commerce or complex two-sided marketplaces.
Strategic Execution:
A proven track record of managing technical roadmaps and delivering measurable ROI.
Master Storyteller:
Exceptional communication skills. You can translate complex technical constraints into compelling narratives for any audience.
Analytical Rigor:
Proficiency in SQL and data visualization. You don't just report data
  • you use it to make informed trade-offs and find the "why" behind the numbers.
Collaborative Leadership:
A natural ability to lead by influence, breaking down silos and driving decisive action in ambiguous environments.
