Job Summary We are seeking a highly collaborative and execution-focused Sr. Product Manager to support the development, delivery, and ongoing management of platform and/or product capabilities that enable scalable customer and business experiences. This role is responsible for managing defined product areas or components of larger platforms, translating business and user needs into actionable requirements, and partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes. The Product Manager contributes to product strategy and roadmap execution while operating with guidance on more complex initiatives. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, customer focus, and the ability to drive execution while building foundational product management capabilities. Job Description This position is ineligible for visa sponsorship. Key Responsibilities:
Product Execution & Delivery Support the development and execution of product roadmaps aligned to broader platform or product strategies Own defined features, capabilities, or components of a product through the full lifecycle (intake, development, launch, iteration) Translate business, customer, and operational needs into clearly defined requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria Partner with engineering and delivery teams to ensure timely, high-quality releases Customer & Market Insight Represent the voice of the customer by gathering feedback, analyzing user behavior, and identifying opportunities for improvement Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform feature development and product positioning Support usability testing and feedback loops to enhance product experience and adoption Product Ownership Manage backlog prioritization for assigned product areas in alignment with leadership guidance Assist in defining product metrics, KPIs, and success criteria for features and releases Contribute to product documentation, release plans, and adoption strategies Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with engineering, design, data, operations, and business stakeholders to deliver product outcomes Support alignment across teams to ensure clarity on requirements, priorities, and timelines Communicate product updates, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders Operational & Analytical Support Monitor product performance, identify trends, and recommend improvements based on data insights Support financial tracking, including basic budget analysis and performance reporting Assist in identifying risks, dependencies, and operational considerations Key Competencies Customer Focus Product Execution & Delivery Data-Driven Decision Making Analytical Thinking Collaboration & Communication Agile Methodology Problem Solving Business Acumen (foundational) Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
