Job Description

Key responsibilities: Own the AI product vision for the Fund Ecosystem. Partner across Finance, business, and technology teams to define: What & why: Business problems, outcomes, and value hypotheses

Sequenced roadmap aligned to capacity and risk profiles Lead AI ideation and use‑case formulation by translating complex business problems into clearly defined, value‑driven AI capabilities with well‑scoped success measures. Orchestrate AI intake and prioritization processes across the Fund Ecosystem. Steward work through divisional and enterprise AI governance forums to ensure alignment with strategy, risk appetite, and model governance expectations. Proactively identify, assess, and manage risk across the AI lifecycle, including model risk, data risk, operational readiness, and change impacts. Work closely with risk and governance partners. Partner with federated delivery teams to define scope, prioritize backlogs, and drive execution. Ensure delivered AI capabilities are adopted, embedded in workflows, and producing sustained business value. Support business adoption through clear value articulation, change planning, and stakeholder engagement to ensure AI solutions are usable, trusted, and durable.
The ideal candidate brings experience:
Defining and leading AI product strategies and multi‑quarter roadmaps Operating effectively across matrixed, cross‑functional organizations Driving initiatives from discovery through delivery within risk, model governance, and control frameworks Partnering with technical teams while representing business outcomes and user needs Navigating ambiguity and building structured operating models in emerging domains In this role, you will: Lead technical product management activities for multiple technical products, or one strategic technical product, with cross-divisional impact. Drive the design and continuous improvement of the technical solution. Influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create standard processes that drive significant change to the client experience. Ensure business outcomes are linked to business case drivers. Coach technical product teams towards standard processes and learnings. Lead all aspects of product teams' support of the messaging, communication, and customer outreach as vital. Facilitate strong business support through working with team members to promote a consistent approach to decisions/impacts and client propositions. Drive connection across all appropriate internal and external partners. Lead the planning, development and implementation of new technical products with cross-divisional impact. Define and analyze technical markets, developing detailed product features and requirements, and developing implementation plans. Influence and employ a variety of qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques to continually improve the user experience. Participate in and influences ongoing business planning and departmental prioritization activities. Drive the team's engineering practices in development, continuous integration, and automated deployment. Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
What it takes:
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required. Graduate degree preferred. Minimum of eight years related business experience.
