Job Summary Ensemble Health Partners is seeking a dynamic and analytical Product Analyst to support the development of AI Agents and low-code solutions within our healthcare technology ecosystem. This role blends product data analytics and low-code development to drive innovation in Revenue Cycle operations. The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally with revenue cycle operators, product managers, data scientists, engineers, and domain experts to gather requirements, build solutions, and deliver insights that shape product strategy and improve outcomes. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements for AI Agent development and low-code automation initiatives. Translate business problems into data-driven solutions using AI/ML models, low-code platforms and connectors. Participate in discovery activities, including user interviews and journey mapping, to define KPIs and success metrics. Design & develop and test use cases using tools like Copilot, Power Apps, and other low-code platforms. Conduct testing, user segmentation, and product utilization analysis to inform product decisions. Demo functionality to end users and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences. Support UAT for new modules and ensure alignment with business requirements. Contribute to a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in data analytics, product development, consulting orRPA. 3-5
years of professional experience applying AI/ML in a business setting (beyond academic exposure). Hands-on experience with low-code platforms and automation tools like Power Automate, UI path etc. Advanced SQL skills and experience with relational databases. Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and data visualization best practices. Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. Familiarity with agile methodologies and product lifecycle management. Experience in healthcare technology or Revenue Cycle operations is a plus. Preferred Skills Experience with inferential statistics, predictive modeling, and hypothesis testing. Knowledge of EMR system integrations and healthcare data standards. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment. Must be inquisitive and demonstrate openness to innovation including AI to explore better processes and ways to alleviate friction and improve patient and client experiences. This is a remote position; however, candidates must be willing and able to travel to and work onsite at client, temporary, or corporate office locations as business needs require. This position pays between $92,400- $138,600 depending on variables.
