You'llsit within the Data Analytics organization reporting to theSenior Manager of Analytics Engineering, working at the intersection ofdata engineering and business intelligence. This is a hybrid role based in Chicago, IL. In office requirement once every 2 weeks at our office in River North. Responsibilities Build clear,accurateTableau visualizations and data sources that empower stakeholders to explore and understand their data Design andmaintainthe semantic layer serving as thesingle sourceof truth across all data consumption Act astheprimary analytics point of contact for a line of business, building strong working relationships and ensuring data deliverables align with business priorities Deliver data and insights to stakeholders through analysis, dashboards, and support of self-service analytical tools including AI agents Foster an environment of self-service analytics by providing domain and toolexpertise Continuously build business acumen of Green Thumb Industries and the Cannabis industry Maintain data integrity and governance, ensuringthe semantic layeraccurateisandcomplieswithrelevant data regulations Qualifications 2+ years of experience inanalytics engineering,data analysis, business intelligence, data science, or other related fields Experiencewith Tableau, Power BI, Sigma, or similar visualization tools Comfortable writing intermediate to advanced SQLagainst large data sets(CTEs, window functions, joins, aggregations) Experience withDBT,Fivetran,Python,orsimilardata transformationtools Familiarity with data orchestration tools such as Airflow andDagster A collaborative attitude and the ability toestablishpartnerships and build consensus Critical thinking and inquisitiveness coupled with a desire to continuously learn new skills The ability to have fun at work and foster team connectedness Preferred Skills Experience withDBTbuilding andmaintainingSQL-based data transformation pipelines, including writing models, tests, and documentation Exposure to Snowflake Cortex forleveragingbuilt-in AI/ML functionssuch as text summarization, sentiment analysis, or LLM-based queries Additional Requirements Must passany and allrequired background checks Must be and remain compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry Must be a minimum of 21 years of age #

The pay range is competitive and based on experience, qualifications, and/or location of the role. Positions may be eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program driven by organization and individual performance. Green Thumb Pay Range $95,000 — $115,000 USD
