Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Associate Product Manager to join our innovative team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive the development and delivery of RFID product lines. Working as RFID Specialty Product Manager you will be: Responsible for the end-to-end management of advanced and specialty RFID product lines, including NFC, IoT, and Bluetooth-enabled solutions. Ensuring that innovative products are successfully defined, industrialized, launched, and continuously improved to meet customer and market needs.
You will be responsible for:
Managing the end-to-end lifecycle of specialty RFID and connected products Defining product requirements, business cases, and time-to-market objectives Supporting new product development and industrialization in collaboration with R&D and operations Monitoring product performance and drive continuous improvement Providing technical support for POCs, pilots, and customer projects
Background/Experiences:
Engineering or technical degree Experience in RFID, NFC, IoT, Bluetooth, or connected device Strong product management, project coordination, and stakeholder management skills Market-oriented mindset with solid technical understanding Strong commercial acumen with experience closing mid- to large-scale enterprise technology deals Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Understanding of B2B environments and working with industrial clients
Special Requirements:
Travel domestically/internationally as required

Up to $75,000.00 per year
