Associate Product Manager
LOCATION
New York, NY No Remote TYPE Direct Hire SALARY $75,000 - $80,000 / yr ID MO96-2749070 POSTED Jun 16, 2026 Associate Product Manager The perfect candidate should be able to multitask and possess solution oriented, team player, can-do attitude.
Daily tasks include the below:
Manage day to day product life cycle of assigned categories from fabric sourcing through style development up until official bulk production handoff. Partner with designers to understand and execute product/program intent seasonally with a right the first-time product execution goal. Procure raw materials (fabrics, trims, wash) with supply base and all necessary components in preparation for style execution. Coordinate with technical designers for timely specs for final sample execution Align with sourcing team to execute regional factory allocation strategy. Create and upkeep of seasonal sample status charts/WIP reports, providing visibility and real time product status to cross-functional partners (sales and design), ensuring accuracy. Daily communication with oversea factories/partner on sample developments to ensure timely and right the first-time sample execution. Communicate design color, lab dip and strike-off comments to suppliers and track in submits for approval. Track in final samples for internal sample reviews; working with sample room or factories to make corrections as needed to meet design intent and key deadlines. Ship final approved samples to accounts for final consideration. Must in the office 4 days/week and can work from home on Fridays
