About the role As a Consulting Manager - Healthcare Product Manager for Data, Analytics & AI, you will make an impact by leading the strategy, development, and delivery of healthcare technology products and platforms. You will be a valued member of the Consulting team and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients. In this role, you will: Lead end-to-end delivery of healthcare technology products, ensuring alignment with business outcomes and regulatory requirements Define and own product roadmaps across core healthcare capabilities, including data platforms, interoperability, and AI-enabled analytics Translate clinical, operational, and care management workflows (e.g., UM, Case Management, Prior Authorization) into scalable digital solutions Partner with data engineering, analytics, and AI teams to enable reporting, insights, and decision-support solutions Identify opportunities to leverage data, analytics, and AI to improve healthcare outcomes, reduce administrative burden, and drive efficiency Work model We believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role's business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 3 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Minneapolis, MN . What you must have to be considered 10+ years of experience in technology product management or platform product roles Proven experience delivering healthcare technology products end-to-end in regulated environments (HIPAA, PHI) Strong understanding of healthcare operations across payer, provider, and care management domains Experience working with healthcare data domains (member, provider, clinical, authorization, outcomes) and data ecosystems Demonstrated ability to lead complex programs involving data, analytics, and AI in healthcare settings These will help you succeed Experience defining product requirements for dashboards, KPIs, and AI-enabled analytics (e.g., summarization, prioritization, decision support) Strong problem framing skills with a focus on automation, insights generation, and scalable solutions Understanding of interoperability, data quality, lineage, and adoption challenges in healthcare Experience applying AI and automation use cases such as clinical/operational summarization and human-in-the-loop decision support Ability to prioritize based on clinical impact, operational value, feasibility, and risk We're excited to meet people who share our mission and can make an impact in a variety of ways. Compensation $81,450 - $129,500 This position is eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
