The Opportunity The Director, Product Management- Composite AI serves as a senior Product Manager responsible for advancing the strategy, operating model, and portfolio execution of MetLife's Composite AI capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications Strong technical fluency:
able to reason about system design, APIs, data flows, and architectural tradeoffs (coding not required). Expert-level user of personal and team AI productivity tools Experience working within governance, compliance, and risk-sensitive environments. 3+ years of experience with AI platforms. Familiarity with federated or matrixed operating models and distributed team coordination.Location Expectation:
This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in office. The expected salary range for this position is $140,0000- $185,000 .
