• Associate Position We are looking for a new person to add to our team who ideally has experience in online sales primarily with 3P platforms.

Experience building/managing websites, online advertising (on Amazon and in general) is a plus. We would prefer to have someone who has experience building listings on Amazon and/or eBay, along with spreadsheet/data file search and query experience. This position will allow for creative freedom and will require great attention to detail. We are a leading e-commerce small business out of Moore, OK that specializes in outdoor and sporting goods sales and are a member of the largest sporting and outdoor goods buying group in North America. We have been operating for over 24 years and have continued to expand every year. We are committed to providing high-quality products and exceptional customer service to our clients nationwide.

Position Overview:

We also are looking for this position to help us manage listings and create innovative content. This position does not include social media presence and will be focused directly on online listings and our websites. The position does not require the applicant to have any experience in the Hunting, Fishing or Outdoors although preferred based on the types of products we currently distribute. If hired, some job responsibilities may include: Own and manage Amazon listings end-to-end (Seller Central) Improve product visibility, ranking, and conversion Optimize titles, bullets, images, A+ content, and backend keywords Diagnose and fix suppressed listings, compliance issues, and catalog errors Analyze performance (CTR, conversion rate, sessions, sales) Identify keyword opportunities and implement changes Monitor competitors and adjust listings/pricing accordingly Manage variations, parent/child relationships, and catalog structure Launch new products and ensure they are set up correctly from day one Work through ongoing listing issues caused by other sellers or catalog conflicts Qualifications (must haves): High School Diploma/GED (College education preferred

$45,000-50,000 per year based on experience (Initially); opportunities for advancement and profit sharing.
