Role Summary The Head of Product will lead the strategy, development, and growth of a premier streaming platform, shaping a best-in-class digital experience for audiences nationwide. This role is responsible for defining the product vision, driving user engagement, and ensuring long-term platform success. This is a unique opportunity to lead product strategy for a purpose-driven organization focused on delivering meaningful streaming experiences at scale. Key Responsibilities Define and execute the overall product strategy and roadmap for the streaming platform Drive key performance metrics including user acquisition, engagement, retention, and viewing behavior Partner with executive leadership to communicate product vision, priorities, and performance Lead the design and user experience to deliver a seamless, intuitive, and high-quality platform Own the full product lifecycle from ideation through launch and continuous optimization Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, content, marketing, and analytics teams Leverage data insights and user feedback to inform product decisions and enhancements Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing product organization Ensure the platform experience aligns with the company's mission and audience expectations Compensation & Benefits $250,000 - $350,000 + discretionary bonus Comprehensive benefits package Additional Details Remote in U.S. with travel 1x per quarter. If local to an office location, hybrid onsite would be preferred. Requirements Required Qualifications 10+ years of product leadership experience, with a focus on streaming, OTT, or digital media platforms Proven track record of driving product growth, engagement, and innovation in a content-driven environment Strong expertise in UX/UI design principles and content discovery optimization Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership Experience building and leading high-performing product teams Deep understanding of product lifecycle management and agile methodologies Analytical mindset with experience leveraging data to inform strategy and execution Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves) Experience working within mission-driven or values-based organizations Background in subscription-based or direct-to-consumer platforms Familiarity with personalization and recommendation systems Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.
