  • Birmingham, MI Product Management Posted 1 week ago Responsible for leading product strategy, lifecycle management, and portfolio optimization for the Industrial aftermarket segment, ensuring growth, profitability, and market competitiveness for Dayco's Industrial Aftermarket in North America.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and execute product roadmap for Industrial aftermarket.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
  • Collaborate with engineering, sales, and supply chain.
  • Drive pricing strategy and margin improvement.
  • Lead product launches, marketing collateral, and training.
  • Monitor product performance and phase-in/phase-out strategy.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field. Minimum 5-7 years in product management within automotive aftermarket or industrial vehicle aftermarket.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & BEHAVIORS
