$180k - $220k Base & Equity Overview A high-growth enterprise SaaS company in the wealth technology space is seeking a senior Product Management individual contributor to lead onboarding initiatives. This role plays a critical leadership function during a period of organisational transition and will have a strong influence on product strategy, execution, and cross‑functional alignment. The successful candidate will bring deep domain expertise, strong product instincts, and the ability to operate with ownership at a senior level. Responsibilities Own the vision, strategy, and execution of onboarding-related product initiatives Drive product discovery, roadmap definition, and delivery as a senior individual contributor Act as a point of leadership and stability during a planned leadership transition Partner closely with engineering, design, and go‑to‑market teams to deliver high‑impact product experiences Develop a deep understanding of the onboarding journey and identify opportunities for optimisation and differentiation Provide mentorship and guidance to other product managers while remaining hands-on Ensure continuity of product decision‑making, delivery momentum, and stakeholder alignment Must‑Have Qualifications Significant experience as a Senior or Lead Product Manager within B2B SaaS or wealth/financial technology Proven ownership of onboarding, activation, or customer lifecycle products Strong background in product discovery, roadmap ownership, and execution Experience partnering cross‑functionally with engineering and design teams Ability to operate as a senior individual contributor without people management responsibility Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience CONTACT Bekim Doçaj Principal Recruitment Consultant
